Hipp, son of Samuel Leonidas Hipp and Nancy Frances Davis, on 21 December 1908 in Pike County, Arkansas..2 The census of 15 April 1910 enumerated on 26 April 1910 in Missouri Township, Pike County, Arkansas, listed Buela "Hipps", who had been married 1 time for 4 years, as the 21-year-old wife of Charles Hipps.3 The census of 1 January 1920 enumerated on 27 January 1920 in Missouri Township, Pike County, Arkansas, listed Bula "Hipp", as the 30-year-old wife of Charlie Hipp.4 The census of 1 April 1930 enumerated on 4 April 1930 in De Roan Township, Hempstead County, Arkansas, listed Beulah "Hipp", born in Arkansas, who had been married first at the age of 17, as the 41-year-old wife of Charlie A. Hipp.5
