     Anna Hipp was born 1795 in Newberry District, South Carolina.1 She was the daughter of Andrew Hipp and Nancy Allison. On the census of 1800 in Newberry District, South Carolina, Anna was probably a female under 10 years of age residing with Andrew Hip.2 On the census of 1810 in Newberry District, South Carolina, Anna was probably a female of 10 and under 16 years of age residing with Andrew Hipp.3 She married John Neighbors circa 1820..4 Her husband, John Neighbors, died in 1860.1
