     Leah Salome Lawhorn, daughter of John B. Lawhorn and Rachel Horsley, was born 20 December 1847 in Greenup County, Kentucky.1 Leah Salome Lawhorn was the daughter of John B. Lawhorn and Rachel Horsley. Leah Salome Lawhorn was also known as Lear Lawhun. The census of 1 June 1850 enumerated on 1 August 1850 in District 1, Greenup County, Kentucky, listed Lear Lawhorn as a 2-year-old residing with J. B. Lawhorn.2 The census of 1 June 1860 enumerated on 20 June 1860 in the Olive Hill post office area of Carter County, Kentucky, listed Leah S., a wool picker, as a 12-year-old residing with John B. Larshorn.3 The census of 1 June 1870 enumerated on 1 July 1870 in the Grayson post office area of Precinct 2, Carter County, Kentucky, listed Leah "Lawhorn", as a 22-year-old residing with John Lawhorn.4 She married George W. Williams about 1874..5
