     Priscilla D. Shackelford was born circa 1841 in Kentucky.1 She married James A. Willingham, son of Elijah H. Willingham and Frances B. Galloway, on 27 October 1857 in Henderson County, Kentucky..2 The census of 1 June 1860 enumerated on 30 June 1860 in the Hebbardsville post office area of Division 2, Henderson County, Kentucky, listed Percilla D. Willingham as a 19-year-old residing with James A. Willingham.1 Priscilla D. Willingham died before September 1865 in Henderson County, Kentucky, presumably as James remarried in September 1865.3
