Willingham.3 The census of 1 June 1860 enumerated on 12 July 1860 in the Hebbardsville post office area of Division 2, Henderson County, Kentucky, listed Frances J. Willingham as a 14-year-old residing with James H. Willingham.4 Frances Jane Willingham married William Henry H. Kerr on 3 September 1863 in Henderson County, Kentucky..5
