     Mollie Hoge Jordan was born 6 May 1865 in Virginia.^1,2 She married Gary Laughon, son of Joshua Ward Laughon and Mary Elizabeth White, on 27 May 1886..³ The census of 1 June 1900 enumerated on 29 June 1900 in Pulaski District, Pulaski County, Virginia, listed Mollie "Laughon", born in VA, who had been married 14 years, with 7 children of whom 4 were still living, as the 35-year-old wife of Gary Laughon.⁴ The census of 15 April 1910 enumerated on 28 April 1910 in Ward 2, Pulaski District, Pulaski, Pulaski County, Virginia, listed Mollie J. "Laughon", born in Virginia, who had been married 23 years, with 8 children of whom 5 were still living, as the 44-year-old wife of Gary Laughon.² The census of 1 January 1920 enumerated on 7 January 1920 in Ward 2, Pulaski, Pulaski County, Virginia, listed Mollie "Laughon", born in Virginia, as the 54-year-old wife of Gary Laughon.⁵ The census of 1 April 1930 enumerated on 7 April 1930 in Ward 2, Pulaski, Pulaski County, Virginia, listed Mollie "Laughon", born in Virginia, who had been married first at the age of 21, as the 64-year-old wife of Gary Laughon.⁶ Mollie Hoge Laughon died on 24 February 1939 in Pulaski County, Virginia.¹ She was buried in the Oakwood Cemetery, Pulaski, Pulaski County, Virginia.^1,7
