     William Hardin Lowhorn was born circa 1835 in Clinton County, Kentucky.1 He was the son of Joshua D. Lowhorn and Louisa Stockton. The census of 1 June 1870 enumerated on 28 July 1870 in the Albany post office area of District 4, Clinton County, Kentucky, listed Wm. H. "Lowhorn", a farm worker, as a 35-year-old residing with Asa Lowhorn.2 The census of 1 June 1880 enumerated on 4 June 1880 in Illwill Precinct 4, Clinton County, Kentucky, listed William H. "Lowhorn", as the 43-year-old brother of Samuel Lowhorn.3
William Hardin Lowhorn was described as crippled.4 He died in Clinton County, Kentucky, never having married.4
